<NSOL>

I told everyone all along that NSOL is still running the database and will charge a fee to their competitors.

How much is NSOL charging right now? $70 or so? The number the Commerce Dept and NSOL is talking about is between $8 and $13 -- essentially they are wrangling over NSOL's cost for maintaining that database. You don't think that will hurt profitability? NSOL's P/E right now is 240 or so, and that's based on numbers for a government sanctioned monopoly. NSOL will no longer be a government sanctioned monopoly.

NSOL is severely over-priced in the long run. Its high is 153. I'm waiting for a break above 100 before I consider shorting. Again, the net stocks are trading too much like a monolith right now.
