Marconi,

I just listened to the CC and do feel much more assured. This company seems to operate on relatively simple economics, follow the amount of TSA shipments and their prices and you can judge profitability. The market acceptance of TSA seems to be growing, so more shipments. Mr. Fortun said in the CC that TSA profitability is in line with forecasts and he expects that to remain so. He also said customers have been inquiring about capacity and could HTCH handle extra orders and the answer is yes. So while there is a little hick-up in overall demand, TSA profitability remains in place and shipments look sure to grow over the next year. That's it in a nutshell, am I missing something? If the price remains weak, I'll be adding to my position. Too bad no LEAPS on HTCH.

Cheers,

Tom

<< If the stock price remains in the doldrums for the next quarter, that should help options premiums to be moderate. In anticipation of a
seasonal pickup 2 to 3 quarters out, 1quarter forward of doldrums might be a favorable time to consider levering up with 3, 6, or 9 month options.>>

My thoughts exactly....every cloud has its silver lining thus there can be some advantage in having the stock base and trade in a fairly narrow range....I'll be looking for those Jan calls (maybe Feb as HTCH usually doesn't announce earnings until the Tue following options Exp and one might not want to miss that Jan report) and hope I can pick em up in mid to late summer (maybe out to Oct depending on market conditions).
