Renamed, please follow up your returned email with a phone call. TSIG.com is experiencing growing pain, which is to be expected for a startup Internet company. Look at AOL, EGRP, YHOO, etc, when they first started and the problems they had. Hold tight and give the company time and they will work out the problems. I am certain TSIG.com is making customer service and satisfaction one of their top priority. This is on their web site:
