I agree Dusty. My take on it was that they would add the next shares during the next run, which they believe will be big. That would modulate any price spikes. This is still a non-reporting company though and all info should be taken with a grain of salt!

All companies have that prerogative if shares are available, right?

So based on that risk, why invest in any stock? Because we see the chance for gains. And after evaluation, we decide if there is a good risk/reward ratio, we take a position.

However, even if the company did add to their float from the o/s shares, it would not affect fundamentals (i.e. EPS, Price/Sales, etc. - assuming fundamentals exist)

Stock traders are faced with these issues with regards to any stock they buy or sell - certainly not just KYOM.

Is KYOM speculative - absolutely!
Is KYOM a sure thing - absolutely not!
Does KYOM offer a favorable risk/reward ratio - I think so, that's why I invested here.

Just my opinion,
Kevin.

EDIT: I just had another thought. I might be only half correct. If a company is a fully reporting company with the SEC, do they indeed have prerogative to move shares to the float at will? or are they required to report intentions first? I do not know. That certainly would increase the speculative quality of this one. KT
