he's on - signing up 1000 new acs per week - over 1.5 million acs in their bank already (bricks and mortar bank) and making acquisiitons (Peoples Bank in TX) - expect 15% growth in eps next 5 years at least - marketing to internet banking to targeted groups (women, people over 35, etc.)
