I'm sorry but it is government policy, China's official "birth control" policy implements forced abortions, the natural outcome of which is infanticide and abandonment of baby girls. I would call that a systematic policy of gendercide, wouldn't you? Oh and how about the ethnic cleansing policy of the Chinese toward the Tibetans? I thought we bombed in retaliation against these policies? Oh never mind, I know, I know, the lesson for "the children" is when you use violence to resolve conflicts, make sure your recipient hasn't the means to fight back..... bp
