Boy, not sure I have a lot of thoughts on RICO, other than that I hope that this case just settles so the folks at LONE can get back to the business at hand! I have got my order in, trying to get some shares between Bid and Ask, hope I don't get to fancy with myself and not get back in at all! Thanks for the info, it is very helpful! I did talk to Jayne today and she confirmed they are getting new lawyers to handle the arbitration. Let's hope they get an appeal filed on the restricted share issue shortly, too!

Walleye thanks for the info on RICO, seems like it fits but the courts always surprise me. I would also think the a court would reject a case before it starts if the law did not apply. I asked this question before: is there a lawyer out there? Today was a great day, Brent may have known this was coming down the pike which is why he made the effort to calm shareholders after the last TK press release. It may have spared some longs from selling out right at the worst time. Its good to feel lighter and having my portfolio feel a little heavier. Best, Daaan
