(MU US) was downgraded to long-term ''attractive'' from ''strong buy'' by analyst Daniel T. Niles at BancBoston Robertson Stephens. Niles cut his 1999 est. to 24c from 75c and cut 2000 est. to $1.88 from $3.00. Well, Don, you may go back to finish your chores or chess. The market didn't feel a thing.
