Oh, I just thought of something: Not for web pages, but for folders -- sometimes when I'm transferring files I like to have two or more folders open. It could be good for that. But then you wouldn't have access to your desktop icons, so maybe not.

Another thing that would be handy is if you could duplicate a folder the same way you do a web page by hitting File/New/Window. Can you do that with 98 if you're using the "view as web page" mode?

Not that I'm endorsing the VAWP mode -- they could easily give you the same duplication facility without it. But they wouldn't, now would they -- another way to twist your arm. GRRRRRRR.

Am I beating this 95/98 thing to death? Do I need to start another thread?

I put SI in one, Yahoo Finance in another, Quote.com in another, and IQC com in another. When I'm home, I add my broker's trading window in still another. Works better with a 19" or larger monitor. Can't wait to try it on dual monitors.

BTW, Mark, Thanks a lot for all your suggestions. Sometimes we lurkers forget how much we gain from the regular contributors. You, and several other regular folks, keep our PC knowledge growing.

Or as my grandson would say: "Kewl, Dude!"
