I was told that the accountants got back to work on the financials yesterday and we should see them in a couple of weeks. Although most of the work on them has been done, they nedd to "assimilate the fallout from the petition period". I have no idea what that means. They are working on 1997 10K first and then 1998 10K.

Were employees restricted from trading shares during the petition period, and if so has that been lifted?

re profittaking - I was following it on freerealtime, and saw 2 times the number 30K in bid range - there were some f.up with the volume at that time too -
now, looking through farsight time and sales I find only one chunk on 40K shares(.1775) at 11:09 and 23K(.14) later at 12:34.
