Lucky, the shal scam is one of the more original ones out there. The sorry fools hold their stock for the dividend lol that they will never realize any value for, so as a result you get a stock that stays up on air until the dividend date in this case 4-30. After that day look out below!!

Edit: one of the better p and d ideas I have seen in years
Edit #2: I also know for a fact lots of dumping out of Canada
