I haven't checked the number for a while, but yes, ERP has been out of favor for months, so you can be sure there was still a significant short position. It doesn't really matter if money flow is heading back into the stock, once the short covering subsides, it will continue to move up. It will be interesting to see what, if any brokerage upgrades come after SAP's earnings report.
