Is Archival that big - $40M value??

Well remember Time Magazine last week, quoting geneology is the 4th popular internet sector... remember seeing the "competition" Other than the US Gov and the Mormans it was pretty scarce competition. So this valuation is not too big and not too small.

Only 3,000,000 shares are being offered to the public, DR Hay has 51% ownership restricted for 3 years, a certain amount of CVIA holdings will be restricted for 3 years, and the rest will stay available for a second Archival offering... like the NASDAQ or something when the time comes.

Only about 20% of the authorized shares will be trading for the next three year at the soonest.
