Just going by what was said in the conversation John. That is really all I have to go by now and the PR's. I have read some of the post from a while back, and that is why I wanted to talk to Carl myself. He told me that he talked to shareholders some, but the management was so outlandish about what he could reply on and what he couldn't, and eventually I think he said he wasn't allowed at all to talk to shareholders. He seemed really disgusted and disappointed with the old management, seems like around 10 of them are gone now. (Boy I hope I'm right on that part, not positive about not allowing him to talk at all at the end.) Do you think I'm not being told the truth? Carl seemed okay to me. Susie
