ADRN, major play, buying McGlen Micro, news soon on closing, details below.

McGlen is an internet retailer of a huge variety of computer products.

They had revenues of $16.5 million last year and a profit.

Once the deal is announced (any day, next week at the latest) ADRN will have a market cap of $18 million with sales as of December of $16.5 million and a profit.

This is their competition:

COOL- Market cap of $327 million, sales of about $60 million and a big loss.

BYND- Market cap of $700 million, sales of $30 million and a big loss.

ONSL- Market cap of $467 million, sales of $207 million and a big loss.

ADRN stacks up very favorably with these guys.
