I definitely would not want to have been any of those trading on the inside information. If ever there was a leak before the event, this has got to be one of the the worst. The question is, what is the event? My guess is that we are seeing near the price of the event if it is a takeover. Too much action, with too many shares means someone knows exactly what the deal would be. To counter that is the fact that in the last hour, the stock went up another 1.25 after rising earlier. The other possibility is some kind of especially attractive product or deal with someone like GE (magnets) or a major utility for wires (still, this technology is not ready for prime time.) It is a puzzle, but someone obviously knows what it is, just not us.

First of all, YIPPEE!! Second of all, I can't believe that what we have witnessed in the past few weeks in the trading of the common stock and the calls didn't raise the eyebrows of some regulatory agency. And did you catch that overnight closing bid/ask of 10.00/15.00?? That was a nice touch.
