I attended the IBE and here are my impressions:

The IBE was held at the Javits Center but was not
in the main event room. It was held upstairs where
there were about 50-60 'booths'.

PNLK had by far the biggest booth with a very high-tech
setup. They had seating for about 30 in front of the
demo screen. There was a big screen and a production
team of about 7 running the cameras and monitoring the
netcast. All very professional looking. They look like
they spend money on the presentation. PNLK came to play.

The brochure handed to every attendee had PNLK's full page
add on the back cover. Nice exposure. PNLK also has a
small add in the World Trade Magazine (p 108).

The part that attracted the most attention was GZ's demo
of the site. At one point there must have been at least
40 people watching the demo. Few left in the middle and
more came as it progressed. People seemed impressed.
(I was.)

Spoke to Bob Carrol who is in their sales area and asked what
was on the horizon. He had very forward looking comments
(2-5 years) and talked about satellite transmissions that
would be able to reach anyone. He also stated that PNLK
aims to be the AOL of the import/export world.

At the end of GZ's site demo, he took questions. He
said they are getting about 1 million hits per month (I
think that was since V2). He said they are concentrating
on areas of the world where internet access is most
available (Israel, Asia) , would be targeting Europe in
the summer and maybe Africa in the fall.

GZ said there will be a significant presentation in
Jakarta in a few days(?) which will highlight PNLK's
presentation of the IBE.

Taylor said that the lawyers and accountants are working
on the next 10sb but had no target date for its availablity.
When asked if this was being done in conjunction with a future
Nasdaq listing she said 'yes'.

All PNLK staff, ( think there were about 10 in attendance)
seemed very excited and the presentation was run very
professionally. Very organized and seemingly well planned out.
(Noone was running around in a panic.)

All-in-all, it was a very impressive showing for PNLK IMO.
My sense is, is that the development of this business will be a gradual one, but news could be available on a consistent basis.
