One Archival for every 7 CVIA. We started the distribution yesterday, (the reason CVIA trading has gone nuts) and we are trying to get these shares to you before the first day of Archival.... CVIA has gone as far as we can, it is now up to the SEC, NASD and the Market Makers as to determine when the first day of trading will be.
