Doug - I think you underestimate the ego involved here . . . Larson is not about to let anyone, let alone some shareholders, modify his management style.

Until the BOD is revamped, he will continue to drive the train. Shareholders should direct their efforts at putting in a board that has operational experience and the acumen to guide a large company - not just one that acts as an orchestra to the CEO's baton. If the lawsuits are handled correctly, we may see a real board. The products and their position in the market should survive the transition, but if the present management is left in absolute power, it will absolutely be dismal.
