BKS - buy calls on this prior to soon upcoming IPO which will send it much higher. The blue ship of the IPO backdoors and a great company even without it. AOL's exclusive bookseller set to challenge and beat (with purchase of Ingram and AOL in hand) AMAZON. Also less risky than other IPO backdoors out there.

CDNW takeover play - Warners has already announced intention to buy at least part of it. Big competition on the net now between major record label/conglomerates to have their own vendor on the net. CDNW at low price now and a screaming bargain. Good buy even without the takeover speculation.
