Teflon, I am sensing a change in Maffei's approach to releasing earning and the conference call. He does not say the stock is overvalued and that the growth rates can't continue. Therefore, I don't think he would "allow" sharp drops in the stock. Remember they repurchased 10million shares on the market bring the 3 quarter total to 25 million. Strange! He is willing to repurchase more at higher prices (as done in the March quarter).
My guess is that the company will be very aggressive in repurchases this quarter and I am not sure whether they have to announce these plans.

Once we get closer to the start of the trial, the stock should start moving up--maybe a couple of days into the trial. We know a settlement (unlikely) would cause it to shoot up.

I still feel it is the stock to own over the long term and has no comparison in the marketplace. I will wait patiently (for a change) for that big payoff which is inevitable considering its software pipeline and being accepted as the standard in many products!!!
