Shark, or is Kowpoke, or is Tony, I just can't put my finger on it.
Anyway, the answer to " going to purposely..... in jail" well they seem not to concern themselves previously with Canadian authorities and once that bridge was burned, ahah, lets go to NASDAQ.
I highly doubt you have examined companies, what ever you name is, and invested large amounts of .......... B.S. (you left this out)The vigor to which you protect this company brings to question your relationship and motives. What are they.

Let's examine this...Do you really think they are going to purposely and intentionally try with all there heart and soul to get themselves put in jail or banned for life from the SEC side of life...?????

Of course not. They just think they won't be caught. Jack Uselton of MTEI thought he wouldn't be caught, for example; and that's only one case. What about CTRN and its sister companies? An OUTRAGEOUS scam! There are a million crummy little BB companies out there; the SEC doesn't have the manpower to keep an eye on all of 'em. And it's possible to make quite a lotta money issuing a ton of paper in a very short time. Happens every day.

And PS: Sklar's already banned in Canada, as an "undesirable individual".
