The problem that solid companies like Microsoft and Dell are having is that they are not moving up 15 or 30 points today like many of the high flying internet stocks are doing. There is a casino mentality out there which looks for immediate gratification and damn to any stock that does not deliver such thrills. I know how this must piss off many investors. Today the Dow scored an all time high and the Nasdaq was up 78 points. So why weakness in Microsoft and Dell. Give us a break already. Hopefully the real solid companies like Microsoft will be rewarded soon. IBM blew the street away this afternoon. This has to be good for the market tomorrow but maybe some f***k*** asshole tomorrow will downgrade IBM as was Microsoft today and cause the techs to tank
