This stock went up today because investors got a better idea of what NSOL will be doing once its domain registration business will become competitive. NSOL will still be maintaining the database of registrations, and other companies will have to pay for access to it. NSOL might end up being bigger and more profitable in the end..who knows? Not a good short, tho, based on the facts.

chester, FIBR was halted at the company's request. I think they wanted to do spin control, but we'll have to wait until the announcement to find out for certain.
