SRCM will provide local advertising to the JV. That's SRCM, the "old" SRCM. The IT Network. The IT network will be selling local advertising for the JV. Same thing as providing local advertising to Nynex, BellSouth, and all the other customers they have. THAT IS WHY SRCM WILL BE A BIG BUSINESS ON ITS OWN APART FROM THE JV. THEY NOW HAVE THIS HUGE AMOUNT OF INVENTORY FROM TV GUIDE TO SELL ADVERTISING FOR. Your problem is that you read but can't comprehend. 2. <<Hmm. I guess this means only a dimwit would believe anything in SRCM's press releases.>> Correction. Only a dimwit would be short SRCM. By the way, I'll take it from your response[ or lack of one] that you can't explain the nature of the JV. So here is another chance. Please explain how the JV is to work. What are TV Guide's contributions and responsibilities and what are SRCM's? What are the target markets and what products and/or services are involved? I already told you what I think but you don't believe it. Fine. Lets hear your analysis. Surely you wouldn't be dumb enough to short this stock unless you knew damn well how the JV is going to work, would you?? I'm anxiously awaiting your analysis.
