Mark, Had a chance to look at SFY more closely (ie, recent SEC filings) and I must say I don't like what I see. This looks like we are just making the Swift family a load of cash here, at our expense. Earl Swift pulled down his usual $450K + in salary, PLUS took a $125K bonus, PLUS repriced his stock options down to $9 a share --- all during a year in which the price of his company's stock tanked from $20 to $6!! Looks like we've got 3 generations of Swifts with their hands in the till here: Virgill, Earl, and now Terry. I wouldn't mind paying these guys the big bucks if they showed us they were willing to got the extra mile to make us some $$$$. But they are doing nothing of the sort. From here it looks likes they are just sitting back, fat & happy, just collecting their paychecks. They have no incentive (actually a disincentive) to take any risks on behalf of the shareholders because they don't wanna mess up the great deal they have with their own pay scales. Now that I've seen this I have no interest in buying any more of this stock and am ready to dump what I have just bought. Since 1st quarter announcement is so soon I guess I can wait for that to see if they announce an increase to the drilling budget, but if no such news, this kid's outta here. That is, unless you can convince me to hang around. What am I missing?
