A rough calculations of the #s. Revenue of 30.1M for 1Q99 represents a sequential increase of 43% increase over Q498 of 21.1, a decline of 3% sequentially from prior quarter (21.1M/11.3M). EPS of -1.09 is .02 more than Q4. Not sure what the Street's expectations were. I would be concerned about the sequential reduction which reflects growing competition from ABOVENET primarily. It seems to me that with the run ups in the last 30-45 days, the upside has already been built into the price. JMO.
