I had a fashion success some time back with body paint. Do you think that is the way to go for Beltane? I was thinking that for this particular festival, fingerpaints might be an inspiration.

Will there be get acquainted games? Will there be stimulating stories and songs for our listening pleasure? Will there be rules, as I believe there are for some non-cyber orgiastic festivals, that all will be forgotten the next day, never to arise to embarrass one again? Expunged from the memories of the bodies politic, to coin a phrase? I think this would be a good rule. And we need someone very dominating to enforce all the rules, don't you agree? In costume, preferably?

Sherry--I hope the rites of May will be held at night or in the shade then. Otherwise I will have about an hour of revelry followed by several days of fried agony.

The sundress is perfectly acceptable wear for walking through the parking lot to the ceremonial sites. After that you will be badly overdressed for the occasion.
