In the last 10 minutes of trading on the TSE, it went from $13.50, up to $14. In the last minute it moved from $14 to $13.85, and ended on an uptick at $13.90.

Nasdaq held fairly steady in last 10 minutes, moving up from 9 1/8 to 9 3/8ths.

Sometimes, it's difficult to interpret direction, but I think here it's clear that the TSE action was moving upwards in the last 10 minutes.
