<CMIC> CMIC is transforming itself into a wireless broadband access products company. It currently has a product, called the AB-Access System in trial with all of the major Telecommunications companies. This product will allow the user to access the internet at 25 MB/sec. Which is 17 times faster than a dedicated T-1 line. It can do this from a laptop with no cable connections, with an antenna that is about the size of an 8 ½ by 11 inch sheet of paper (will fit within the carrying case of your laptop computer). It uses a packet switching technology.

As of the 29th, its name is changing to Adaptive Broadband Corporation. I believe the NASDAQ ticker will be ADAP.
