Good guess at the price range Tad. So, it looks like Vantis was not a desperation sale. Useful cash influx for AMD, nice consolidation move for Lattice.

Is there anything other than debt payments and FAB equipment for this nice sum of money to go to? Does anyone know how many people Vantis employs? Also, where are Vantis's products FAB'd.
