Question: What the heck is a "summer holiday" and when does it usually occur? Is this when all the Germans go to their annual month-long government-paid stay at the health spa?

wvalx,

I have full confidence in AZ as well.

My point on signing a partner on unfavorable terms is that we could have signed a contract with a renegotiation clause after a year based on sales. It would have given us a presence in the US, increased sales, therefore decrease avg cost per piece. After a year of unfavorable terms, we could renegotiate more favorable terms.

What Lee is doing is like the star college player holding out a year because he wants a big contract. Get in there and play, you'll get the big contract after you prove your worth it.

Brent

BTW, I did see positives too, but many posts had already covered them.
