re panicing and not panicking (one spelling has to be right vvvvbg)
Congratulations for not selling on that horrid Monday. (What is it about Mondays, pent up fear from the weekend?)
And you know it goes in sequence, if you are learning and growing as an investor.
1. Panic Sell
2. Panic Dont sell, tremble, but do nothing
3. Sigh and buy more of really strong holdings.
But I think it takes a while to get from stage 2 to stage 3 where you put money into the market when it seems to be falling apart!
