D.Miller,

My trip to see JP in person this week was scuttled due to another client situation....however, I hope to still have a teleconference with JP at the end of this week.

I also spoke with Dega's marketing arm (Tony Quinones with Pride Associates, ph. 407-438-9928). He definitely has some strong views and ideas on what he thinks is just around the corner for the company. Stay tuned for more updates.

D.Miller,

I have been swamped recently. Sorry to be so slow in getting back to you on the results from my recent conference call with JP at Dega (we spoke on 4/23).

The bottom line:
As a shareholder, I felt very good about the company's efforts to execute their strategy to be first to market their automotive-parts internet strategy. Financing is a key component and seems to be progressing well (several meetings currently underway). Some issues Dega could not comment on at this time due to pending deals, etc.

I think we are right on the edge of hearing multiple news releases from the company which should be received very well by investors and help to put Dega on the map (now and for the future). Some of the key items we should hear about in the near future include financing update, update on their former-merger plans, and potential name change (to Dega.com to raise awareness of their internet strategy).

News (and additional marketing efforts from their public relations partners) should hit next week (first week in May). Outside of looking for a potential nearterm double or triple from a trading perspective from current levels, I think the future looks very bright for Dega later this year to create REAL excitement (and REAL stock appreciation) when they are viewed as a unique and 'profitable' internet company.

At these levels ($2.25?), I am adding more for the future.
