I think we'll see 90 this week, at least temporarily. But then what do I know, I've been wrong all month. :-(

Stock buy-back is usually discussed at share-holder meetings, and news of specific movement in the stock buy-back plan usually leaks to the press one way or the other, although generally not through official press releases from the company.

t2k, I am more bullish on MSFT short term than most of the Group. I believe the sales train came through town a little early this Q and caught most of us off guard. If you remember, I was more bearish on MSFT back after the split occured than most of the Group as well. I simply saw the signs of consolidation a little earlier than what historically would have been predicted. MSFT has actually been consolidating for almost two weeks now.

I anticipate MSFT will start a slow yet steady rebound over the near term.

Remember, there are so many shares outstanding now, it takes time to turn this aircraft carrier around. Shares are still being sold from the split, but the volume is telling me that we are close to a blow off on the downside. Consolidations is MSFT now just take longer than they use to. This stock will still do great over the long term, it just requires a little more patience than it used to.
