Well Mani ... You need to "re-read" Tad's post, he clearly takes out
the "cash". In the extreme ... If Vantis had 500M$ in cash on hand, then
Lattice would have effectively gotten them for free. Your way of "accounting"
is too simplistic.

About $60 million is going with Vantis. Have to take that out of the purchase price.

Still, it's like oxygen for AMD. Should help the stock a little, no?
