Well..let us hope I did not inadvertantly break any rules...

today...I had a rude SHOCK:

I sold 1400 shares of CMGI in my Roth...@ 232....with the plan to buy back at 228...

I was feeling pretty darn smug...as the price approached 228..so I popped in my order...and was REJECTED!!!

Apparently...there is some rule..that you can't REBUY an overnight position that you have sold that day....UNTIL the NEXT day.

So.....I lost about $20 K in profits ....but I used the cash to buy some other things......so...managed okay....

but what a shock! Mary
