hey guys, slow down
rome wasn't built in a day,yea it's dog crap' yea its political.but you gotta remember. the broker's do try and there hands are tied some what, it's the floor traders for each broker that holds things up.i don't know how many g-line has but i went to there office and gave them a right bollicking about there 12 traders on t.s.e right after they bought out. my old buddies marathon, when they were super honest.
and before that i was with goulding rose and turner. all gone by the wayside.in calgary.the apearance of discounters is they are above board. thats it, an apearance.ergo .no your client, for our own good.
yes frustrating, and down right, annoying.but look on the bright side we have sprint instead of ma bell, or agt. notice the cost of a long distance phone call.i just hope schawb, doesn,t get snowballed to conform for the next 5 to 10 years.cos if there is not an improvement in the next 12 month's. i for one will set up shop in spokane and commute every week.all the best nrr

Keith, do you mind me asking what brokerage firm you use? I've noticed Essam has used Schwab (or Priority) and I'm wondering if you do too. He's the only one I've heard comment about them. I'm switching some of my stuff to Scotia but I'd still like to have two discount online brokers in case one of them goes down (and hopefully only one of them - today I had one Canadian and one American brokerage go down at the same time. That left ETrade, which I definitely didn't want to use).

TIA,

Regards, t.
