Liz, If I am correct ....... I think the pulltab is another form of lottery similiar to a scratch off ticket except rather than scratching...... the ticket has 4 or 5 "windows" that have a pulltab covering them. The player becomes a winner when they match a defined combination like on a scratch off. My father used to run our church bingo years ago and I would help him out. He had these "pulltab" instant bingo tickets that had fruit or shapes behind each tab. Pull the correct combo and you won instantly. Amigo Mike
