<prfm> Interesting scam going on again with <prfm>. On tuesday a big run up from 3 to 4 on no news (insider buying). Then tuesday evening an announcement hype about an ipo spinoff. Then, at the opening today, wednesday, a huge sell off from 4 1/4 to 3 3/8. I hate to sound like a pessimist but it sure looks like insiders bought on tuesday on inside news, made the announcement and then sold on wednesday to the public when the announcement hit. And you can see a run up in their stock one day ahead of every announcement they make.
