Hi Dragon1; Level 11 is offered by DTNIQ, CYBER and others. You can go to www.trading-places.com - click "resources" and check the level 11 catagories. You can get a trial I think. This service, and I am NOT connected to any of them- allows you to see all the quotes for a NASDAQ stock as they are bid and asked over the ECMS. This service which is about $50/month if you have level 1 allows you to se how a stock is moving. One trade can cave you a year in FEES. Hope this help!
