Perhaps Steve, but this stock just plain has me wore out. This is not a one time event and has been happening year after year. I was going to sell my position after the 1998Q3 blindside but was willing to see how their restructuring went...it looked like they had made an honest effort to turn the course of this company and along with the new product launches and the shareholder letter was very encourging..they really had me fooled I guess. That shareholder letter was just plain misleading and coupled with the fact that Schroeder and Walker were selling into a barrage of press releases when IMO they knew that the Q was not measuring up has me disgusted with them. IMO they lack integrity and that is where I draw the line. I just plain dont trust them anymore.

Some lawsuits may be behind DIMD, but there are likely more to come. TDFX is likely to sue over the $4M DIMD refuses to pay (which would have resulted in DIMD posting a loss.)
