TA,

For pennies and smaller cap stocks, I use E*Trade and WebStreet.
Typical execution time for those two are about 3-5 seconds.

I think that NITE handles most of the orders from these 2. NITE is on most of the OTC BB out there.

Hope that helps.

T, I use Ameritrade for OTC's. Unlimited quantity limit orders are $23, but you have to call them. The wait on the phone to get a broker can sometimes be up to 15 minutes, today the longest wait was 4 minutes though.

I have heard good things about NDB ( National Discount ) from some very active traders. I think they have a 5k shares for one price and all shares thereafter add $.01.

Look at www.gomez.com for their internet broker scorecard. It is very helpful.

I have Waterhouse. I can trade BBs over net for $12.
I also have a fairly close local office that I can call if
I can't get enough speed during the day. When I tell
them I am having trouble they still charge me the $12.
That is up to 5000 shares a day. I usually put orders
in off trading hours. If you are a day trader might be
too slow for you (not sure) I only place limit orders.
