News, and shorts covering. I am hearing that these guys are being shorted very heavily and when they start to cover we could reach 1 or higher. I still need to call the company and find out when the next news will be etc... It moves very well on news. I expect to see some very good movement the next few days/weeks. Just a tidbit from a PM I got about PCBM. The numbers: O/S 41,884,710 the last time we checked last week. Restricted: 27,592,500 As per Jeff Turino CEO, The float was going to be reduced by about 2 million. He has been telling me for several weeks that so BIG boys were coming. After this past week I believe him. Daily average around 200,000 until about two weeks ago. This past week it has jumped to about almost 2 million per. As you know when a price drifts down the MM and shorting are the first to get blamed. Well in this case it appears to be true. Several who understand better than I have stated the short to have been over a million. Honestly I don't know. But watching the volume and the movement over the past several weeks, this makes since. They will be forced to cover soon. The huge volume will take care of that. Currently the have 7 Fast title locations. Multiple New locations in the works. Both franchise and co. owned. They were in the check cashing business. Then the state decided to require a license. PCBM did the right thing and halted until they had the license. Many in the State of Fla. are in the business illegally. We are set to hear from the state the third week of the month. SOON! With license in hand they will simply explode. There are a number of companies with multple locations that want to put a check cashing counter in their store. Think of the weekly pay insurance companies that have people coming to make their weekly payment. One week they are short and need an advance to be street legal. A little paper work and they have cash. The other and most exciting part of the business are the two software companies they are buying. One is a done deal. Matrix and Affirmative are the names. This gets over my head, but they both deal with check handling and cashing, e-commerce. Both are one of a kind. Both are doing business. Matrix is said to be doing business with some heavy hitters. Affirmative had a company relocate from CA. just to be close to them. Call Jeff and he can give you the low down. If you speak with Bruce don't expect much. He's about as tackful as a bull elephant in a china shop. Speak with Joe Vallone. He handles operations of the store. Great guy. I have been to the offices in Clearwater. They are for real. 800-475-1242 This issue was trading around $4 a year ago, with not much going for it. I personally feel that very soon she will explode again.
