You think the IBM bonanza will spill over into the AAPL arena? Most of what has AAPL below 38 is CPQ's numbers.

Actually, I believe Fred Anderson said revenues would be up, and margins would be down slightly as Apple focused on the education market. Looking to sell a lot more iMacs apparently.

WebDrone, agree substituting CPU sales increased margins. We've discussed before my belief the street is presently only interested in growth and trying to explain away slower growth isn't working in this market. Also keep in mind, Q4 yr to yr comparisons will be at those higher margins. Considering all that I still think Apple will pull it out in this qtr and we'll be rewarded.

I thought revenues were up on the same quarter last year? Better go check the numbers again.
