No Jim...
I have had previous conversations with them about relisting and I was led to believe that it was a priority. Getting the "F" out was not an issue at that time, but I would assume that they must know that it would only help. BTW, I have recently purchased Hello Kitty for my daughter and I am very pleased with the game... She's 8 and the Elmo series was more for my 2 and 4 year-olds. I only recently have learned what a hit the whole Hello Kitty market has become... it should sell very well. On another note, let's just be glad we don't own Sound Source Interactive(SSII), they are about to be delisted from NASDAQ SM/OTC April 29th. Maybe we should buy them, they have some great licenses.

Management response to a few questions about NASDAQ and investment community

After playing phone tag with Richard Rabins for a few days, he left a message in response to the questions we raised last week.

Q. about NASDAQ relisting?
A. We are very interested in that and there are a series of requirements that we are taking steps to meet, but at the same time we are also very focused on running our business, the licenses, new products and making the products we have to sell, to the fullest potential.

Q. How are you getting the news out to the investment community?
A. This is a high priority that and we are setting up investor meetings, both private and planning a series of group meetings in May for retail brokers .

I look forward to any news about their status in Softquad and how this will affect the shareholders. If NewKidCo has a drastically reduced percentage, I hope we got something for it.
