Freak, clarification is in order. Gordon has not "gifted" himself 26 million shares--yet--as far as we know. The 10KSB shows him as "beneficial owner" of these shares because they could be his within 60 days if he were to convert $4 million of loan into shares at $.15. The company doesn't owe him $4 million at this time--as far as we know. But the potential is there. Regards, Suzanne

I don't think it would make any difference (except maybe putting Marty on the board). I have to agree with Wise Owl on one thing. TSIG needs to get its delivery act together and start bringing in revenue. jeff.com

Where did you get this from? Marty clearly stated RG only had 14M shares.
