Can you post the very latest Statfor Special Report? (For some reason I can't cut and paste from their site properly neither provide a direct link to a report on their site) The one titled: The United States, Kosovo and the Price of Building Coalitions Favorite quote from the report: "Nato's leaders are coming to Washington this week. They will be presenting their bills. Those not coming to Washington will be presenting their bids as well"
