the broker's do try and there hands are tied some what, it's the floor traders for each broker that holds things up Last year Greenline made enough commissions fees off me alone to hire another trader for the Winnipeg Greenline office. Why am I often put on hold for 5 minutes or more? Greenline...at least hire enough people at your offices to answer the phones. I agree that Rome wasn't built in a day but when I have to listen to a message "Thank you for being patient during this time of increase volume" over and over again and then read on their annual report how much profit they made off their discount broker service it drives me nuts. They are not willing to put the money they make from us back into their product/service. When I see this happening I move on. Scwab has some very deep pockets and hopefully will use it's experience from their U.S side. Best Regards KEITH
