TPEG: . . . Shiloh, Shiloh, Shiloh. . . As for my 'missing' TPEG. . .you asked for it, so I get to respond. . . My fellow brass player. . .ahem. . .[taking drink of water and stepping up to the podium]. . . My DD starts with a brief overview of what is known about the stock. . . and what is written online about it. I read what had been posted recently, as did others here. . . so we all understood the coming transformation from film to internet. Once a stock passes my once over. . .I start the real digging. I want to know their history. . . where and how did they start? Did they meet their objectives? Or is their evidence that they have thrown in the towel once or twice. . .or changed horses mid-stream. Were there Reverses and if so, was the ratio large or small? Are there convertible debentures or other offshore placements? What is the percentage of company held by insiders? Who are those insiders and what role do they play? What is the share structure? What subsidiaries are there? What are the leaseholds and when does their term end? What has the company accomplished in the past? Were they successful or did they miss? How did they treat their shareholders in 1995? How about in 1997? That gives me the best indication available of how they will treat their shareholders in 1999. This is all vital info for keeping this thread safe from bogus picks. I did not set out to do the complete DD on TPEG. My "PT I, II, and III" only refers to the fact that the info presented is related. I merely found the data everyone has been looking for about the warrants and the preferred. It took me several hours of digging through the Edgars to find it. In fact, it is not on Bloomberg. . .and none of my brokers could answer my questions. So my brokers told me to send them the info from the Edgars when I found it, so that they could pass it along to their many customers. . . of course I quickly responded that they owe me a favor. . . [but got no response.] So, with regard to the prospects of TPEG. . . I don't tell everyone everything I know about a stock. . .any stock. . . just what is asked or what is pertinent. Otherwise this would be one boring thread. . . I rarely get into analyzing the financials or technicals on this thread. . . they come into play and are considered, but whenever I am asked about a stock, I try to only relate what stands out as being significant. I understand the new stuff coming and the name and the changes and all of that. . . and thanks for reiterating and for the new info that has not been presented here. . . you really did a great presentation, like I said. . .and for that, we are all truly thankful. . . [stepping down from podium] But only now, after I have seen the past, can I be truly confident about the future. Rande Is
